ABOUT THE ROLE

The range of tasks you will perform in this role include:

• Managing month-end processes including payroll and financial reporting
• Supporting statutory compliance, tax obligations and external audit requirements
• Contributing to management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partnering with operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and commercial alignment
• Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancements

Our Team is highly professional and committed to ensuring that our customers across Australia continue to be delighted by our service and products. Our finance team is highly focussed on supporting these endeavours and delivers business services and deliverables to a similar high standard.

This role offers a degree of workplace flexibility in terms of a combination of working between home and the office, and the distribution of hours over the work week. This role is 0.6 full-time equivalent hours.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a strong desire to learn, share knowledge and contribute to the growth of Outline Global. We value people who can both work independently and successfully collaborate with others to deliver results.

You will bring to the role:

• 3–5 years’ experience within accounting, ideally having commenced your career within public practice and since gained experience in industry.
• Strong excel and analytical capability, with confidence working across ERP systems such as Xero or similar.
• CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
• A can-do attitude and desire to deliver against personal and team goals.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on delivering quality outcomes and services.
• Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage workload to deliver to deadlines, multi-tasking and working under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
• Great communication skills focused on clear, proactive, accurate and empathetic engagement with colleagues.
