Outline Global Announces Leadership Transition as Cameron Selkrig Joins as CEO

April 30, 2026

Outline Global is pleased to announce that Cameron Selkrig will succeed Phil Delaney as CEO, effective 4 May 2025, in a transition that marks the next chapter in Outline’s evolution.

Cameron Selkrig: Focused Execution and Commercial Growth

Cameron Selkrig brings more than 20 years of senior executive experience across technology, engineering, and regulated industries. His career has been defined by an ability to strengthen business operations, scale commercial performance, and lead organisations through periods of focused growth.

Cameron’s track record spans executive and CEO roles across defence, spatial technology, and engineering sectors. As founding CEO of Universal Motion Simulation, he grew nascent IP into a profitable, self-sustaining business, securing significant contracts without dilutive funding. As CEO of Spatial Vision, he executed a critical leadership transition and operational strengthening, establishing the governance and commercial pipeline that led to the company’s successful trade sale to Veris (ASX:VRS). His background includes international executive experience at BAE Systems, where he led complex technology programs for the Royal Australian Navy and Joint Programs across the UK, USA, and Australia. Cameron is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and is both an Engineering Executive (EngExec) and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).

“Outline has built something genuinely differentiated,” said Cameron. “The technology is proven, the team is in-place and there is a clear opportunity to scale the business across our key verticals of resources, government and utilities. I’m looking forward to working with our customers to deliver on that potential.”

Phil Delaney’s Contribution

Cameron takes over from Phil Delaney, who led Outline through an important strategic repositioning and made meaningful progress building the team, the technology and strategic roadmap.

“It’s been a privilege to lead Outline through this period,” said Phil Delaney. “The team has done the hard work of repositioning the business around a clear and compelling direction. Outline is well placed for what comes next, and Cameron is the right leader to take it there.”

We sincerely thank Phil for his contribution and wish him well in what comes next.

A Business Built for What Comes Next

With a clear strategic direction, a capable team, and a growing customer base across government, resources, and regulated industries, Outline Global enters this next chapter from a position of strength. Cameron’s appointment reflects the board’s commitment to disciplined execution and sustainable commercial growth as the business scales its compliance evidence solutions into the market.

Outline’s long-term investment partner, Armitage Associates, continues to provide the backing and support needed to realise this opportunity in a measured and deliberate way.
